Per room, per month. You pay a small platform fee plus the modules you switch on, so pricing scales with the size of your property.
What does Livion cost on average?
Hotels run at around €3 per room / month, resorts around €5, and restaurants from about €2.50 per cover. Your exact price depends on size and the modules you switch on — request a quote for a firm number.
Can I start with a single module?
Yes. Most properties start with Warehouse or Maintenance and switch on the others when they're ready. Your data and setup carry over.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. You're billed per room, not per login — add as many staff accounts as you need.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually saves 20% compared to monthly billing.
What does onboarding cost?
Onboarding is scoped with your quote. A dedicated team maps your workflows, sets up the modules, migrates data, and trains your staff by role.
