LivionMICE
Hotel MICE software

Every meeting room. Every event detail. One operational view.

Turn meeting-room inventory into bookable, measurable event revenue — from the first availability check to the final price and performance report. Capacity, layouts, extras, VAT and utilization share one workflow, not four documents.

Capacity-aware availability VAT-aware quotes, calculated live Revenue & utilization per room
Sound familiar?

The event was sold in email. The details stayed there.

“Quoting a full-day for 80 people takes us a spreadsheet and a coffee.”
Set participants and times — Livion offers only rooms that fit and shows the VAT-inclusive total instantly.
“Banqueting set up boardroom. The client booked cabaret.”
Layout, timings, contacts, notes and attachments live on the reservation — operations reads the record, not a forwarded email.
“Which rooms actually earn? Honestly — no idea.”
Utilization and revenue per room, average booking value and month-over-month trends, on the dashboard by default.
Inside the module

Sell the right room. Price it with confidence. Hand it over cleanly.

Not another reservation calendar — the connected operating and commercial system for hotel meetings and events.

01 — Demand-aware availability

Only rooms that fit the group get offered.

The booking flow asks for participants and times before it shows rooms. Available-room cards carry capacity, equipment and a calculated, VAT-included total — change the head count and every quote recalculates on the spot.

  • Date range, start/end times and all-day bookings
  • Capacity matching against the participant count
  • Calculated total on the room card, before you commit
02 — Transparent pricing

Net, VAT groups, gross — and room to negotiate.

Per-hour or per-person room pricing, repeatable extras with their own VAT rates, a manual override for negotiated rates, and a breakdown the client's finance team will accept without a phone call. Pending → Paid → Cancelled keeps the pipeline honest.

  • Extras with quantity, unit price and per-line VAT
  • Manual room-price override for agreed rates
  • Net total, VAT grouped by rate, gross total
03 — Operations-ready reservations

Sales sells it. Operations can run it. Same record.

Reservations group by date and room into a working board: times, participant counts, table layouts from boardroom to fishbowl, contact details, notes and attachments. Cancelled events stay in history with their audit trail.

  • Nine table layouts, from theatre to hollow square
  • Search plus date, room and status filters
  • Earnings and status visible per event
04 — Rooms as products

Configure once. Quote forever.

Each meeting room is both an operational resource and a commercial product: capacity, equipment, description, base price, VAT rate and pricing model. The dashboard then tells you which rooms earn attention — and which need repackaging.

  • Per-hour and per-person pricing models
  • Equipment and access notes on the room
  • Utilization % and reservation counts per room
Part of one system

An event touches the whole property. So does the module.

Restaurant & F&B

Coffee breaks and working lunches are event extras today — and share guest, menu and outlet foundations with the Restaurant module.

Warehouse

Event parcels are tracked against the event at the receiving desk; consumables come from the same stock system.

Maintenance

AV and room readiness live where the tickets are — the same property team, the same system, no forwarding.
