Connect the PMS in an afternoon
An admin pastes the PMS token, tests the connection and enables it. Rooms and room types are created from the PMS automatically; without a PMS, rooms are generated in one step, for example 101 to 199.

Bring the data you already have
Stock lists come in from CSV or XLSX and the AI maps the columns; you correct the mapping in plain words. Delivery notes and invoices are read by AI from the first day. Guest lists for lost & found are matched from the PMS.
Invite the team, each in their own language
Staff get an email invite and choose Italian, German or English. Reporting a problem is a photo and a sentence, so housekeeping and technicians need no training for it. Checklists and the bulletin board come with the platform.
Start with one module
Most hotels start with Rooms, Maintenance or Warehouse. The next module finds rooms, staff, suppliers and permissions already there. Nebbia and Livion Flow are included from the start, with ready-made automations you switch on in a minute.
What the quote says
The written quote names the modules, the property and the onboarding work, so nothing turns up later. Hosting, integration direction, sync frequency and anything a module does not cover for your property are confirmed in the implementation documentation for the agreed scope.
