Record a purchase once: supplier, document, item lines — then distribute quantities across rooms in the same flow. Each assignment carries its initial status, an age-alert horizon in days, months or years, and an automatic maintenance alert, on by default.

03 — Linked to real stock

The catalog and the warehouse never disagree.

Link a room item to its Warehouse SKU and the important answers stay current: central stock, last purchase price, preferred supplier. Supplier and link coverage are tracked as completeness KPIs, so gaps are visible too.

Age review fires or staff mark an item to replace → a maintenance ticket opens with room, item and trigger → status syncs both ways → the reorder is drafted, grouped, confirmed into a PO → the delivery updates stock, price history and the room. Every step recorded.
