How fast can we quote a price?
While the client is still on the phone. Enter date, time and group size — Livion shows the rooms that are free and fit, with the total price already calculated. No calendar-flipping, no calculator.
How is the price calculated?
Each room has its own price — per hour or per person, with its VAT rate. Extras like coffee breaks or equipment are added with their own VAT. Livion does the math and groups the totals the way your invoice needs them. You can always override a price by hand.
Can double bookings happen?
No. Livion only shows rooms that are genuinely free for the requested time, and blocks any overlapping booking. The days of two events in one room are over.
Does it send offers or contracts?
Not yet. MICE focuses on availability, booking, pricing and clean records today. Written offers and contracts stay in your existing process for now.
